Delete my char and ban me

I reli dont understand...why i get ban bcoz of i ask a guy tht hacking to fk off and go hack other server..
i nvr think of using hack..im jz wan to ply the game only...and i nvr rude to any1..and dunno y u GM so rude ask me fk off. Ppl rude to GM cannot and GM can be rude?
I reli hope tht i can get back to perfectionistms and get back my character. TQ

basically.. you ask ppl from hazard ms and hack in our server... so what does that mean?
